I started building in 1997 with the construction of a classic restaurant in historic downtown Greensboro, Ritchy's Uptown Restaurant & Bar. I became the owner and operator of this restaurant for 8 years and during that time continued building a second restaurant, McCoul's Public House, also located in historical downtown Greensboro. From there, many commercial and residential construction projects have come to completion.
Our strength is in restaurants as we have developed good relationships with the County Health departments, restaurant supply and design groups, and not to mention a vast knowledge of operating a successful business in restaurants. We specialize in commercial building, but we do not limit ourselves to specific types of construction projects. We build custom homes, stages, concession stands, seating for outdoor events, as well as perform office and retail up-fits, multi-bay strip malls from ground-up, and we are a certified dealer of pre-engineered steel buildings. We have a wide variety of experience to meet all your needs.
